Becker‘s Story

Hi I’m Becker! Wouldn’t you love to come home to me under your Christmas tree? I’m a handsome 4-yea- old, 60lb, Golden Doodle. I’m such a sweet boy, and ready to be your new best friend! Plus I’m already potty trained. I’m still working on mastering my basic commands, but my foster mom says it was really easy to crate train me so I must be a quick learner!
If you love snuggles and big boys who think they’re lap dogs, we will be best friends! I love cuddling with my humans while we watch TV. Hopefully you don’t mind a little dog fur on your furniture, because I prefer your bed to mine. I do have moderate shedding, but my coat doesn’t mangle and I won’t require many trips to the doggy groomer.
My foster brother and sister are teaching me how cool dog toys are. My foster mom says she has loved watching my doggy social skills grow, but I still have some learning to do. I get along great with my foster siblings, but it took me a few weeks to warm up to them. My foster mom also says I give the best hugs, but some people confuse this for jumping. I would get along best in a home with no small children.
I’m not crazy about being outside, but I have no problem letting my people know when I need to use the restroom. I have only ever lived in a house with a fenced in yard, and prefer to run free in the backyard instead of walking on a leash. My foster mom says we are still working on mastering my leash behavior because everything I see excites me.

If you are also looking for a new best friend and have no small children, we would be perfect together! I’d probably do best with someone who is able to spend a lot of time at home with me. New doggie siblings are a plus!

Becker is fully vaccinated, HW-, sterilized and microchipped.
