Arlo here! Nice to meet ya. My fosters say I’m the most lovable, 50lb, goofball there is! I am a 7 month old, Male, Goldendoodle that prefers to be on 2- feet hugging you instead of all four.

I have this crazy cool overbite that just makes me me! My fosters say it adds to my cuteness and reminds them so much of the dinosaur, Arlo, from the Disney movie. I keep hearing people call me Mr. Social. What can I say…I LOVE making new friends--people, dogs and probably every other creature too if given the opportunity. I’ll be the first one to greet you when you walk in the door.

I love roaming around with my current pack, although I do go in my crate when the humans leave the house. My sleeping arrangements are pretty great. I sleep with the other dogs in my foster parent’s bedroom. They have this cozy bed on the floor and I know that’s my spot. I love to eat, and right now I eat in my crate because my buddies try to steal my food. I’m thinking it’s because my food tastes a lot better 😋! Throughout the day you can find me playing, laying around or chasing the other dogs. If you turn on the water hose or fill up a pool, then ill be there for as long as you let me. I prefer you to be outside with me though. I’m not a fan of being out there by myself.

I’ve been taking in all this new world has to offer me. Everything seems so exciting, and I like to share my enthusiasm with others. I know it’s not very polite to peak on the counters or jump up on my people, but I’m just a curious pup. I need reminders and a lot of love. I would love someone who’s active and to have another dog to play with.

- Patience for Training
