Hi! My name is Archie, but some people call me Charlie. I’m a 2-year-old toy poodle with a big heart, a goofy spirit, and what my foster family likes to tease is “main character energy,” because apparently I still look adorable even after falling in the pool for the third time in twenty minutes. I came from a rough past, but I don’t dwell on it—there’s too much life to enjoy and too many people to love. I’m neutered, up to date on shots, and always ready for fun.

I. LOVE. TO. PLAY. Fetch, tug of war, zoomies—if it’s active, I’m all in. I adore other dogs, especially playful ones, and I’m great with kids. When I’m not bouncing around, I’m a total snuggler who will curl up in your lap, ride in your arms, or fall asleep the moment you baby-talk me. I’m silly, loyal, and pretty much guaranteed to keep you laughing.

My day starts with a potty break, breakfast, and greeting everyone I see. I rotate through the toy pile, hang out with my people, and generally stay close to the action. I feel safe in my kennel and sleep there peacefully at night. I’m still learning the basics—potty training and leash manners are coming along—but I’m eager, sweet, and really trying.

I’m looking for a forever family who loves walks, belly rubs, snacks, and a cheerful little shadow who will make every day feel like a win.
