Archer‘s Story

Archer is a 4 ½ -month-old, 25-pound Sheepadoodle. Read what his foster has to say about him:

Archer is an extremely adorable 4 1/2 month old, 25 pound male Sheepadoodle puppy! He loves to be near his foster parents and “help” with household chores or lay nearby. He is very curious and likes to try new things every day. He wiggles with excitement when he sees his reflection and also when someone comes home that he knows. He knocks against the flashlight that hangs on the door handle or barks to let you know he needs to go outside to potty. Archer is working on walking on a leash with his harness. He likes to explore and prances when we walk home. He gets distracted by leaves blowing and tends to walk in circles around you. He is startled by loud noises, such as cars or screaming kids, and stands still until he’s comfortable. He likes most other dogs and is a little timid when he sees new people, but loves to be pet when he has had time to adjust. He would do well with plenty of room to run outside. He enjoys most of the day sleeping curled up on the floor against the couch. When he wakes up he loves to run in the backyard. He will fetch the ball, and is working on consistently bringing it back. When we run errands without him he is a little sad to be alone in his crate, but quickly calms down. He sleeps well in his crate if he can see you. He travels well in the car and loves looking out the window. We haven’t seen any shedding. Most of all, Archer loves belly rubs! He makes us laugh and we will be sad to no longer have him in our home.

Archer is neutered, microchipped, HW-, and up to date on all vaccinations.
