Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m a 1.5-year-old, 40-pound poodle mix with a big heart, a playful spirit, and a very important job keeping an eye on the squirrels in my backyard. I love long walks, dog park adventures, playing with my dog friends, and meeting new people. My favorite place to be is right next to my humans, whether we’re out exploring or relaxing at home. If you make eye contact with me for more than a few seconds, there’s a good chance I’ll decide we’re best friends.

I’m a smart, affectionate girl who enjoys having a routine. My days are filled with walks, playtime, naps near my foster mom while she works, and plenty of cuddles. I’m potty trained, know basic commands, and love being included in whatever my family is doing.

Like many young doodles, I’m still working on a few things. I’m making great progress with my leash manners, and while squirrels are still very exciting, I’ve learned to stay much more focused on walks. I’ve also been known to sample a countertop snack if one is left unattended, so keeping tasty treasures out of reach is a good idea. My crate training is still a work in progress, but I’m eager to learn and respond well to patience and consistency.

I’m looking for an active family with a fenced yard, a work-from-home parent or flexible schedule, and children over the age of six. I’d love a home committed to continuing my training and helping me keep building confidence. I get along well with other dogs, but cats are not my thing.
