Hi there! My name is Las Colinas, but everyone calls me LC! I'm a 1 year old, 30 pound Poodle mix with a goofy personality, endless energy, and a heart that's just as big as my love for playtime. I have a soft coat that sheds very little, and if you're looking for a fun, active best friend who will keep you laughing, I might just be your perfect match.

My favorite thing in the world is playing! Whether I'm chasing my dog friends around the yard, wrestling, playing tug of war, patrolling for squirrels, splashing through the sprinkler, or heading out for a long walk, I'm happiest when I'm on the move. Once I've gotten all my energy out, I'm more than happy to curl up on the couch for a nap or relax beside my favorite people.

I'm a smart girl who loves to learn, especially when treats are involved! I already know sit, wait, off, come, and take a break. I'm potty trained with a dog door, walk nicely on a leash, enjoy car rides, and love joining my family on adventures.

My forever home **must** have another playful, confident dog my size or larger. Having a canine buddy helps me feel safe, gives me someone to play with, and has been an important part of building my confidence. I also experience separation anxiety, so I would do best with a family that is home often or has a flexible schedule. I'm not comfortable in a crate, but I do very well relaxing in a gated area of the house with my dog friend while my family is away for a few hours.

When meeting new people, I can be a little shy at first, especially with some men. Slow introductions, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement help me realize new friends aren't so scary. Once I trust you, I'm incredibly loyal, affectionate, and love being close to my people.

Because I'm still young and full of enthusiasm, I'd do best in a home with children 12 years and older who can enjoy my playful personality. Like many curious young dogs, I may also see what's sitting on the kitchen counters if something smells especially delicious!

I'm looking for an active family that will continue my training, help me build confidence, and embrace my playful spirit. If you're searching for a fun adventure buddy who will make you laugh every day and happily snuggle beside you when the day is done, I can't wait to meet you and become part of your family.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Another playful, confident dog in the home (similar size or larger) required
- Active family committed to daily exercise and play
- Secure fenced yard
- Work from home parent or flexible schedule preferred
- Children 12 years or older
- Patient adopter committed to continued training and confidence building
