Hi, I’m New Balance! I’m about 6 months old, currently around 25 pounds and still growing. I’m one of Matcha’s Magnificent Eleven, and while my exact breed mix is unknown, I likely have some Poodle and Old English Sheepdog in me, along with a few fun surprises.

I’m a playful, social pup who loves being in the middle of the action. I love wrestling with my brother, chasing toys, and following my people everywhere I go. I have a lot of energy, but once I’m tired, I turn into a total cuddle bug and will happily curl up next to you. I’m very affectionate and would give endless kisses if I could, and when I get really excited, I might have a tiny accident since I’m still just a baby learning.

My days are filled with playtime, exploring, and learning new routines. I’m used to a schedule that includes meals, potty breaks, and downtime with my people and dog friends. At night, I sleep in the room with my foster family and love starting out snuggled up before settling in. I’m also getting used to new experiences like walks and outings, and I’m slowly building confidence with new sights and sounds.

I’m still learning all the puppy basics like potty training, crate training, and leash walking. I’m picking up on commands like sit and learning things like bell training to go outside, but I’ll need continued consistency and patience. I respond really well to praise and gentle guidance, and with time and love, I’m going to grow into an amazing, well-rounded dog.
