Hi, I’m New Balance, but my friends call me Newbie. I was born on October 5th and I’m one of the bigger boys from Matcha’s litter. My mama’s DNA came back 75% Poodle and 25% Old English Sheepdog, so I come from a smart, loyal, playful mix. I’ve got a fluffy coat, one eye framed in brown, the other bright white, and chocolate brown ears that make me look extra sweet.

Now let’s talk personality. I am mischievous. If there’s something within reach, I’m probably going to investigate it. I’m very curious and a little notorious for trying to eat things I shouldn’t. Shoes, paper, random treasures, I like to see what everything tastes like. I’ll need a home that understands puppy behavior and keeps things picked up while I learn.

The good news is I love being called a good boy. If you catch me with something in my mouth and tell me I’m a good boy, I’ll usually give it right up. I’m already learning that trading earns praise, and I think that’s a pretty great deal.

I love wrestling with my twin brother Under Armor and being right in the middle of the fun. After I’ve burned off my energy, I’m all about cuddles and naps. I’m working on pee pads but will need continued help with house training, crate training, and routine. I’m looking for a family with patience for training, consistency, and a sense of humor, because life with me will be fun, busy, and full of personality.
