Hi there! I’m Drizzle.
I’m an 11-month-old, 65-pound, 34-inches-tall bundle of love—part poodle, part lab, and completely chill. People I meet always call me “handsome,” “elegant,” and “dignified.” I don’t totally know what that means, but I do know they can’t resist petting my soft, shiny, curly black coat.

I can be a little shy when we first meet. I like to hang back and observe the room to make sure everything feels safe. But once I decide you’re my person? Oh boy—my silly, sweet, curious side comes tumbling out. I love playing with my foster dog brothers, barking at squirrels (they absolutely deserve it), and spending quiet time with my foster parents.

One of my favorite things is carrying soft toys around in my mouth. I’ll gently take them outside so I can sit in the sunshine, listen to the birds, and just… vibe. I’m a peaceful guy at heart.

I follow the same schedule as my foster family: bed at 10, up at 6. First thing every morning, I go outside to potty (I never potty in the house!), run around with my foster brother, and then eat breakfast. During the day, people come and go, but that doesn’t bother me. If the house gets quiet, I’m perfectly happy napping or relaxing in the yard.

I’m still practicing my leash manners—sometimes I pull, especially when a squirrel dares to stroll by—but I’m smart and eager to learn. I’m also figuring out what counts as a toy… sometimes I think shoes and socks are treasure, so I carry them outside and give them a few respectful licks. I promise I’m trying my best.

If you’re looking for a gentle, goofy, soulful companion who loves sunshine, soft toys, and peaceful days together, I might be your guy. I can’t wait to meet the person I’ll call family.
