My name is Harry, and I’ll be honest—I know I’m adorable. I showed up with surprisingly great manners for a young guy like me.

I walk politely on a leash, love a good car ride, and I always remember to potty outside. Snuggling is basically my superpower, so please feel free to hug me, pat me, kiss my head—I’m here for all of it. I love every human I meet, and I’m completely smitten with my foster doodle brother. We’re inseparable playmates, and I follow him around like he’s the coolest dog in the whole world.

I’ve got a healthy appetite, probably because I’m growing fast and burning it all off with my joyful bursts of energy. I hardly ever whine, except when I’m in a crate—being close to my person just feels better. I prefer sleeping on a dog bed near you, and when my foster mom leaves, I curl up with a toy and patiently wait for her return. Outside, I’m convinced rocks are the best toys ever, though I’ve learned they’re not allowed indoors.

People tell me I have a great smile and the softest hair, and honestly, I’m usually just as happy as I look. I still get puppy zoomies, but I’m also a champion napper and I’m excellent at using the dog door.

I’m working on learning that faux plants are not toys, even though I’m pretty sure they’re trying to tempt me. I’ve had baths in both a shower and a tub and I actually kind of enjoy being clean. I met a cat once at the vet and it startled me so much that I decided I’m probably not the cat-chasing type. Deep down, I’m like a little human—always cheerful, always curious, always wanting to be part of whatever you’re doing. If you forget to pet me for a moment, I’ll nudge your arm gently and flash you a big smile to remind you I’m right there.

My perfect day is simple: wake up when you do, head outside, eat breakfast, go outside again, and then spend the whole day hanging out with you. Dinner, another quick trip outside, and then bedtime when you’re ready. I still get excited and jump sometimes, but I’m learning fast. As long as I have a good chew bone, I’m content and well-behaved. I’m sweet, goofy, eager to learn, and ready to be someone’s loyal, happy shadow.
