Hi there, Mark here! I’m a one-year-old poodle mix and one of the sweetest, happiest boys you’ll ever meet.
At 45 pounds, I’m still learning the ropes of being a well-mannered young dog, but I try hard every day.

My foster mom calls me her “jumping bean” because I get so excited I forget my manners, though I’m working on keeping all four paws on the ground. I’m curious about everything—especially frogs—and love chasing them just to see what they’ll do. Sticks, fetch, couch cuddles, and cozy naps are some of my favorite things. Loud or sudden sounds can startle me, and at night I like to tuck myself under my dog bed because it makes me feel safe. I also get a little nervous that other dogs might steal my dinner, so I eat in my crate to avoid any trouble.

My days start early, around 5 a.m., when I head straight outside to potty, then I wait (very impatiently) for breakfast. I go into my crate around 6:30, and my foster dad lets me out again when he gets home around 9. After that, it’s a mix of playtime, wrestling, running around the yard, and napping with my dog buddies. Dinner is around 6:30, and bedtime is 8:30—with a quick snuggle in my foster parents’ bed before I settle into mine.

I still have some puppy habits, but I catch on quickly. I’m a great chewer, but only on the toys and bones I’m given. I’ve never had an accident in the house or in my crate, and “sit” is my specialty—I know it the second you say it. I have so much love (and so many kisses) to give, and I’m ready to share my big heart with the family who chooses me.

- No children under 5 (jumps up and bites in a playful manner)
- Fenced in Yard
- Patience for training
