Hi, my name is Wednesday. I’m a 5-month-old poodle mix, about 20 pounds, and full of sunshine. I’m a very happy pup who loves to run, play chase, and roll over for belly rubs any chance I get.

I may have had a rough start, but all it’s done is make me love my people even more. Every morning I head straight outside to potty and stretch, then I tuck into my breakfast. On weekdays when my foster family isn’t home, I nap and relax in my kennel, but on weekends—or when they’re working from home—I get to be out and about, exploring the house or hanging outside with them, which is extra exciting.

When my people get home, it’s playtime. I adore zooming around the yard, chasing them, and fetching a ball until I’m happily tired. Then it’s dinner, snuggles, and bedtime.

I’m still working on my house training and improving every day. I’m also learning to stop drinking water once I’m full—sometimes I overdo it and my tummy sloshes. I have a habit of hunting for socks and undies, but my foster people always catch me. I’m still mastering basic commands, but I’m eager, sweet, and learning quickly. I can’t wait to find a family who loves a playful pup with lots of heart.
