Hi, I’m Bunker — Your Future Best Friend, Toy Collector, and Toilet Water Connoisseur 🐾💙

I’m 8 months old, about 42 pounds, and if you’re looking for a pup with personality, I’m your guy. When I first arrived, I was scared of just about everything — people, noises, new places. But with some love and patience, I’ve come a long way! Now I’m playful, loving, and just a little bit goofy (in the best way).

I can still be shy at first, but give me a little time and my silly side will shine. I love to roughhouse with my foster brother, get belly rubs, and chase my tail. I’m known for being a bit clumsy and sometimes run into things — but that just adds to my charm! I also enjoy playing with my reflection and, if no one’s looking, I’ll stick my whole face in the kibble bag. I’ve got that fun puppy energy, but underneath it all is a heart of gold.

I already know how to sit, I walk nicely on a leash, and I’m about 90% potty trained. (I’m learning bell training now and picking it up fast!) I sleep well in my crate, especially if my foster brother is nearby — he helps me feel safe. I’d love a confident dog sibling in my forever home to show me the ropes and keep me company.

I do still have some puppy habits — I can be a little jumpy and mouthy when I get excited, but I’m learning “no” and trying hard to be polite. I also get a little worried when my people leave. I’ve got some separation anxiety, but it’s just because I don’t fully understand yet that people always come back. I’m working on it and making progress!

Mornings are my favorite — I get super excited when I’m let out of my crate and might bounce around a bit! Because of that, a home with kids over 6 would be ideal, just so I don’t accidentally knock over the littlest ones.

I’m looking for a fun-loving, patient family who won’t mind my goofiness and can laugh at my silly antics. In return, I promise to bring you endless love, laughter, and loyal companionship!

- Patience for Training
