Hi! My name is Aperol, and I’m the sweetest little Maltese mix you’ll ever meet!
I’m an adorable, fun-loving, and chill 3-month-old, 5-lb. female puppy.

I’m easygoing and up for just about anything! I love car rides, playing with my foster sisters, following my foster family around, and exploring new places. I haven’t found much that I don’t enjoy! I’ve been to baseball and soccer games, and I don’t mind crowds or loud noises at all. In fact, I’m perfectly happy snoozing on my foster mom’s lap for hours. I absolutely love being held and petted—and people are always saying I’m the cutest puppy they’ve ever seen!

I enjoy long naps, but I also love a good game of fetch with my foster sister!

Here’s what my typical day looks like:
I wake up around 6:30 AM and go potty outside (yes, I do both!). If my foster mom lies down with me, I’ll happily go back to sleep until about 7:30. After breakfast, I’m ready to play! We usually go for a 30-minute walk with my foster sisters, and then I nap at my foster mom’s feet while she works. She takes me outside every hour to an hour and a half for fresh air and potty breaks. In the evening, I hang out with the family, eat dinner around 7 PM, and go potty again around 8. After some playtime, we wind down for bed around 10–10:30 PM. I sleep in my crate (I might cry a little at first, but I settle down and sleep through the night).

I’m still working on potty training—sometimes I get distracted outside and forget to poop until I come back inside (oops!). I’m also getting the hang of leash training.
