Hi there! I’m Amanda, but everyone calls me Mandy. I’m a petite 17.5-pound girl with long legs, a soft white non-shedding coat, and striking brownish-blue eyes. I might be part Poodle or Maltese, but mostly I’m just adorable.

I’m a social butterfly and feel happiest with another friendly dog by my side. I love following my people around, curling up next to them while they work, and joining in on any family activity. I have lots of playful energy, so an active home with a fenced yard would be perfect for me. Apartments aren’t the right match — I love to run and zoom outside too much.

I spend my days playing with my foster siblings, exploring the backyard, and taking breaks to rest near my foster mom. I do best with a work-from-home parent because I really enjoy company and routine. I’m gentle, but because I get excited and like to bounce around, I’m a better fit for kids 8 and up.

I’ve had a big medical journey for a young pup, but I’ve healed beautifully. I take a simple daily medication to help with minor leaking, and sometimes wear a small diaper when I’m extra relaxed. My remaining kidney works great, and I’m healthy, happy, playful, and full of life.

I’m still learning potty training since I spent a lot of time in diapers early on, so I’ll need a family with patience, consistency, and lots of love. I promise I’m trying my best every day, and I’m already getting better.

I’m ready for a home that understands my joyful spirit, my resilience, and how special I truly am. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly girl who wants to be part of everything you do, I might just be the perfect match.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active, work-from-home family with a fully fenced yard
- Another friendly dog in the home
- Children 8+
- No apartments
- Patience, consistency, and gentle guidance for continued training
