Hi there! I’m Tyson—a spunky and lovable 7-month-old Chipoo (Chihuahua/Poodle mix) with a big personality packed into my 15-pound frame. My foster mom says my underbite is the most adorable thing ever, and she can’t resist my wild, scruffy hair.

I’m a tough little guy—I beat Parvo and haven’t looked back since! Now, I proudly serve as the vacuum defender, backyard bouncer, and crate-escape expert for my fur sister. But beneath all that, I’m a total softie who loves to snuggle with both people and other animals.

I’m not a big fan of early mornings—while my foster mom and fur sister are up with the sun, I prefer to stay curled up in bed a little longer. Once I’m up, though, I’m ready to play! I enjoy wrestling with my doggy housemates or chewing on a good bone. When my foster mom’s away during the day, I hang out with my furry pals until dinner. My favorite part of the day is the evening—cuddles on the couch, hanging out on the patio, and then tucking myself in next to my foster mom for a good night’s sleep.

I’d love to have a furry sibling in my forever home—dog or cat! I’m very social and happiest when I have a playmate to run around or cuddle with.

I’m incredibly sweet but definitely have a mischievous side. I can be a bit mouthy when I’m excited, so I’d do best in a home with older kids who understand how to interact gently with dogs. I still like to chew on things and dig in the plants sometimes, but I respond well to structure and clear boundaries. I’m learning my basic commands and doing great on a leash, though I can still be spooked by loud noises or closed doors, so I’ll need to be properly secured on walks.
