My name is Chai, and I’m a five-year-old poodle mix with a heart as soft as my curls! If you’re looking for a built-in cuddle buddy, I’m your girl. Naps, bones, and all the love you can give—those are my absolute favorite things! I get along with everyone (two-legged and four-legged alike), and my foster mom says I’m the sweetest girl she’s ever met.

I may be a calm and gentle soul, but don’t be fooled—if a loud noise startles me, my big voice makes a surprise appearance! Don’t worry, though, I’ll be right back at your side in no time, ready for some reassuring pets. I’ll be your little shadow, always close by, and if there’s a comfy spot on the couch, I’ll claim it (preferably on your lap). Oh, and let’s talk treats—baby carrots and frozen blueberries? Yes, please!

My day starts bright and early at 7 AM when I wake up with the sun. After a quick zoom around the yard with my foster sibling, it’s time for breakfast. Then, depending on the day, I either snuggle up next to my foster mom while she works or settle in for a good nap. If she’s out, I’m perfectly content snoozing in my crate with my favorite bone. Evenings are for playtime, dinner at 6 PM, and by 9 PM, I’m curled up on the couch, soaking up belly rubs until I drift off to dreamland.

I’m working on my leash manners because, well, there are just so many good smells out there! Oh, and I may have a little habit of sneaking tissues from the bathroom trash (they're just so irresistible!). But at the end of the day, all I want is love, cuddles, and a forever home where I can be your loyal, affectionate companion. Could that be with you?
