Hi! I’m Mary Kate, an 11-month-old Doodle mix with a black and white curly coat and the most charming white markings on my face, chest, paws, and even the tip of my tail! I weigh about 55 pounds and have long legs built for adventure—though for now, I’m taking it easy while I finish my heartworm treatment.

I was found running loose with my sister, but I’ve quickly learned the comforts of indoor life. I’m playful, curious, and always keeping an eye on my humans—I like to be in the loop! If I need your attention, I might give a little paw tap (sometimes too enthusiastically, but I mean well).

I’m a laid-back girl who thrives on routine. At night, I sleep peacefully in my crate and wait patiently for morning. After breakfast and some fresh air, I settle inside, letting my humans know when I need another potty break. If they leave, I relax in my crate until they return.

I may be on restricted activity for now, but I’ve been keeping busy with training—I know sit, stay, shake, spin, down, and even "over!" I’ve also discovered the joy of toys, especially when I can proudly remove the squeakers. Chew bones? The best. Vacuums? Suspicious but not scary.

Most of all, I LOVE attention and want all the pets and cuddles for myself! I’m learning to be patient, but it’s tough when I have so much love to give. I can’t wait to find my forever home where I can be my playful, sweet, and silly self with a family who adores me!
