Hi, I’m Petunia! I’m a fabulous 3-year-old poodle weighing about 45 pounds—just the right size for all those fancy poodle haircuts! My coat is super soft, with adorable curls and hints of red and brown that make me look extra special.

I’m a super sweet girl who loves to show my affection with kisses and gentle head nudges, all while asking for some good scratches! Being around my people and fur siblings is my favorite thing, and I’m easygoing, but I need my daily walks to stay happy and healthy. My foster mom keeps me entertained with yummy beef trachea chews, which I absolutely love!

Cuddling is my jam, so sitting next to my family on the couch while we watch movies is just perfect. I’m also a great co-pilot for car rides, as long as I’m buckled up with my doggy seatbelt. I would love a fur sibling or two who enjoys playtime and walks as much as I do!

Here’s a glimpse into my week: I start my mornings with a potty break and then a nice walk. I’m fully potty trained, so no worries about accidents! After a cozy lounge while my foster parents get ready for work, I’m ready for more adventures in the afternoon. I love my walks around the neighborhood, taking in all the sights, especially those pesky birds and squirrels!

I’m working on my leash manners—I tend to pull at the beginning, but I’ve been improving! I adore food, and while I might be medium-sized, I can definitely jump and snag goodies from the kitchen counter (just ask my foster mom about the time I swiped a whole breadstick!). My foster parents are helping me with some training to correct that sneaky behavior.
