Hi there, I’m Melo—a 2-3-year-old Doodle mix, full of charm, curiosity, and 45 pounds of pure joy! I’m on the hunt for my forever family and can’t wait to meet you.

A little about me? Well, I’m an affectionate guy who especially loves women, and I always greet the day with a morning snuggle around 7 AM—it’s honestly the best! After that, we’re off for a walk where I get my daily dose of exploring, sniffing, and, of course, taking care of business. Breakfast and a cozy nap usually follow before I keep my foster mom company in her office, either lounging nearby or entertaining myself with a toy. I love it when her work friends visit because I get all the attention, which I absolutely adore.

Evenings are my jam! We play fetch, take a second walk around the lake, and by dinner at 7 PM, I’m winding down. By 9 PM, I’m curled up in my cozy spot, dreaming of tomorrow’s adventures.

Now, full disclosure—I’m still learning my size and working on sharing attention (I get a bit excited when people talk to my foster mom!). I’m also a bit "in your face" with other dogs because, hey, I just love to play! I’d do best with a calm, easygoing pup who can keep up with my enthusiasm but isn’t too bossy. I might be a bit too curious for small dogs or cats since I like to chase, but it’s all in good fun. With the right guidance, I could easily adapt to the right environment.

I’m crate-trained, house-trained, and know “sit” and “shake,” though staying still is a challenge when I’m so excited to please! If you’re looking for a playful, loving buddy who’ll bring laughter to every day, let’s meet—I might just be the one for you!
