Hi there, I'm Nacho! Do you want to be my friend? Because I really want to be yours! I'm a 34-pound, 1.6-year-old male poodle mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. Seriously, I wag my tail so hard it sometimes hits my ribs while I jump in circles! I'm a playful, silly guy who adores toys, my foster dog sister, and pretty much everyone I meet. My foster humans call me "happy boy" because, well, I’m just a happy-go-lucky dude. What’s not to love?

I sleep quietly in my crate all night and wake up whenever you do, ready for a potty break and breakfast. I do need a chicken-free diet, but outside of mealtimes and naps, I'm all about playtime! In the evenings, I love to snuggle on the couch with you until bedtime.

When I first arrived at Doodle Rock, I was severely underweight. I'm still working on gaining weight with some special liquid supplements. My ideal weight? That's Nacho business! See what I did there? I'm also working hard on my manners, like not jumping up on people and always going potty outside. I'm very treat-motivated, so my foster mom says I'm learning fast because I'm a smart cookie.

Oh, and I should mention—I pull on the leash a lot during walks. I’m still learning how to walk nicely, so I'll need some continued patience and training in that department. But I promise, with a bit of time and love, I’ll get the hang of it!
