Hi, my name is Penny. I am a lovable one-year-old, 45lb female Goldendoodle. My hair is curly and will need brushing and grooming, but I do not shed.

I'm a happy and high-energy kind of gal. I enjoy running around the backyard as much as possible, playing with my toys, fetching balls, and walking. I wish my foster sister would play with me, but I think I have too much energy for her.

My day starts when my foster mom's does. We usually wake by 7 am during the week and sleep in on the weekends. After a quick potty break, it's breakfast time. Once I eat, I usually play with my toys while my foster mom gets ready, and then we go for our morning walk. During the day, I love being in the backyard chasing squirrels or looking out the front window. In the evening, we go on a walk after dinner. Bedtime is around 10 pm I don't mind my crate, and can sleep in it, but prefer the cool floor next to my human bed.

I get excited on walks and still need reminders to not pull on the leash or bark at new faces. I know basic commands like down, sit, stay, and come. I sometimes jump up on my foster mom or guests when I'm excited. I sleep through the night without needing to go out to the potty. I will need a committed and patient family to help me with consistent training and boundaries to be the best girl possible.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
-Stay at home parent who can work on my training
-Large yard with a fence
-Active family or Dog sibling
-No shared walls, I can be vocal if I see strangers
