Hi I’m Penny!  I’m a 1-year-old female mini Aussiedoodle and weigh a small 11 lbs. I shed very lightly, but I sure do have a beautiful coat. 

I'm small in size, and though it does take me awhile to trust I'm a very independent girl. I can be timid at first, but once I trust you I'll come to you on my own terms. My foster mom says I have some cat-like traits. I enjoy taunting my big fur foster brother, so I'd do great with a dog sibling who's gentle. However, I also wouldn’t mind having all the attention for myself. I do well with kids of all ages, but they must be calm and give me my space until I'm comfortable. 

In the morning I'm out of my crate around 8am., then it’s outside to potty, and then breakfast - yay food! I do cute spins and bark until you feed me - girls gotta eat! I love my treats and toys, they keep me entertained. During the day I play with my fur foster brother or I sleep. I also like to climb on the couch - I think I'm a cat. I do great in the car, but do want to sit in your lap. I've been to the dog park and it was lots of fun. I have dinner at 6pm, then it’s potty before bed.

My potty training, basic commands and leash skills could use some work. I do need to be taken out frequently since I still don’t know how to tell you I gotta go. I am crate trained and sleep in there at night. I’m still working on trusting humans and coming out of my shell - I've improved so much, but still need lots of patience. 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Dog sibling preferred, he/she must be gentle with me since I’m on the smaller side 
-Stay-at-home parent(s), I don't have separation anxiety but I need time to trust
