Hello! My name is Sadie - I’m an almost 5 month old Goldendoodle. I’m a big girl for my age at almost 40 lbs of packed puppy energy! I have a rich, beautiful golden coat that is as fluffy as it looks!

I love to play with toys (particularly new toys) - especially anything that looks like a ball. I love playing soccer and catch in the backyard with my foster brothers and will give them a good run! When I am indoors, I love to chill on the carpet or even on top of the ottoman when the rest of my family is hanging out or just watching TV. I also enjoy hanging out in the kitchen when my foster mom is busy there - the noise doesn’t bother me (except maybe the vacuum cleaner!). I just like seeing my family and the things they are up to. I get excited when I see new humans or fur-ends, but I quickly settle down. I love running up and down the stairs, and enjoy my time on the sofa, until you tell me to get off. I’m a big cuddler and nothing’s better than a big hug - after all, what’s all this beautiful fur for otherwise! I love going on walks and out in the backyard to play. I’m still learning to walk in a straight line when I’m on a leash - there are so many things to see and explore. I’m really curious so I will zig and zag and zig when you take me for a walk.. or maybe I will take you on a walk instead!

I sleep in my crate everyday- I may need a little bit of encouragement to get in at night - but once I am in, I’m comfortable spending the night. New locations might make me a little anxious, so if you can keep a small light on, that would help me. I wake up when my foster dad or mom come to get me around 7a. I’ll get outside for a bit to stretch my legs and then have breakfast around 8a. I’m a good and neat eater. Have I mentioned yet that I LOVE peanut butter! I’ll hang out wherever my family is and love to just chill. I haven’t had very many accidents at home, I just need someone available to keep me on schedule and then I’m usually very good about taking care of my business outside! I’ll go out to the backyard 2-3 times over the course of the day. I’ll have dinner around 630p and my yummy peanut butter treat! We’ll go for a longer walk in the late evening and then I’m just hanging out while my family gets ready for bed. I’ll then relax with my foster dad and mom after my brothers are in bed. I’ll go into my crate at about 10p and settle down for the night.

I’m still working on not barking when I see other dogs or people, but like I said, I get friendly really quick. I also love flowers! And by love I mean I love to eat them and also maybe dig around them. So best to keep me away from any flowerbeds or at least on my leash when walking by.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active family - loves the outdoors
- Preferably kids or fur siblings
- Some at-home presence to help with continued training and keep on regular schedule
- Recommend not very young children to start (just given her puppy excitement and size)
