Twinkie‘s Story

Meet Twinkie! She is a 3 year old Adoradoodle (Poodle Mix) weighing in at a whopping 12-pounds! Twinkie is so sweet and loves to give lots of kisses. She loves children and gets along with all ages. She’s even taken a twirl on a merry-go-round and had a fun time swinging too. Twinkie is a very happy girl that enjoys following her people around. She is in constant motion, running around the house and sniffing everything she can. If she could have it her way, she would forgo silly dog food and live on gourmet people food. She loves to see what her family is getting out of the pantry. You never know! There may be something in there for her.

Twinkie loves to be with her family but she’s not much of a snuggler. She would rather hang out near you than on you. Of course, if you would let her sit next to you on the sofa, she would love that too. Twinkie is making great progress on her potty training and would benefit from a family that would let her out regularly. She is quick to take care of her business. She loves walks on the leash around the neighborhood and is perfect in her crate. She has a big foster brother but she doesn’t seem to have much interest in him so she would probably feel more comfortable with a dog her size or even as the center of her family as the only dog. Twinkie has a voice and she knows how to use it! She’s not a big barker but she’s sure to alert her people if she thinks something’s amiss.

If you like to play fetch then Twinkie is the girl for you. She can play and play. She can get a little confused. When you tell her to sit she stands instead. She can hang out on her hind legs for quite a long time! Twinkie is a sweet girl and would make a great addition to any family.

Twinkie is fully vaccinated, HW-, sterilized and microchipped.
