Hi, my name is Mortaimer! I'm am an 18-month-old, male Poodle Mix weighing in at 14lbs.

I love belly rubs and snuggles. My legs are on the short side, so I need help getting on the sofa sometimes. I'm a bit of a sock and flip flop fiend (I don't chew them, I just collect). I like walks but my shorts legs mean I don't last long on them. I do love to bark at bunnies and other dogs, but I'm friendly up close to them.

I have a very waggy tail. My foster family has two young boys and I'm gentle with them. I love to curl up with them while they watch TV or play video games. I have some big, bushy eyebrows and my coloring makes me look a bit older than I actually am!

In the morning, I go outside then have my breakfast when my family wakes up. I like a quick walk before school/work. Then, I settle into my crate. I don’t like going in, but settle quickly and I don’t have accidents. I like an evening walk around the neighborhood so I can bark at all the dogs and bunnies I see. I go to bed around 10pm in my crate.

I get very excited when I see the leash and I’m working on sitting still to have my harness clipped on. I don’t know very many commands but I like to try. I’m currently wearing a cone of shame due to my recent neutering but I’m putting up with it very stoically.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

- Needs short walks and lots of cuddles
