Meet Kai!
Kai is a poodle/Terrier mix. He weighs about 8.6lb and is almost 5 months old.. The name “Kai” in Japanese means “recovery and restoration”. He loves attention and playing with his squeaky toys. He is not only adorable but he is as loving as can be. He definitely loves people and dogs his size.. but he’s a little scared of the big ones.
He is almost fully potty trained. His least favorite place is his crate. However, he loves laying around on his bed, couch and on any lap he finds available. He also enjoys chin and belly rubs.
Kai is a very fast learner but gets bored easily. He will follow instructions but can be an actor sometimes when he doesn't want to do what he is being asked to do. However, the trick is to reward him with treats. He will do whatever he is asked for a treat.
He is very curious as well. He is constantly walking around to make sure he knows where everyone is. He does not like being alone. However, he gets a bit excited when he sees new faces. But warms up pretty fast.
Kai will do great in a home with little kids and little dogs. Kai can't wait to find his forever home!
