Hi, my name is Jordy! I’m a 17-month-old male Sheepadoodle. I weigh 78 lbs and am told I’m a big sweetie. I don’t shed, but will need regular grooming to keep my coat healthy.

I love to play, and do well with other dogs. However, I can sometimes get on their nerves with my energy. No cats for me, but older kiddos are ok! I am high energy and like to play with anything that moves or squeaks. I’ll also need plenty of walks and dog park time to help burn off my energy. Keeping me stimulated and active is key! That way I won’t have pent up energy when it’s time for bed.

In the morning, I have a little breakfast and do my business outside before playtime. I always go for an afternoon walk, then come home for more playtime. I eat dinner around 7PM, then play some more until my walk before bed which is around 10PM. I usually sleep with my fur foster brother or close to my humans in my dog bed.

I’ve been told I’m really smart and pick up on new things very quickly. I know sit, lie down, come and shake! I’m still working on my manners when people come by or when I get too excited. I’ve been trained to keep out of the kitchen when food is near, and to wait patiently for my meal times. If I’m too excited or frustrated I tend to bark, but I’m working on it! I’m leash trained and love my walks.
 
 ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- No children under age 6, I’m pretty large and don’t always remember my size
- Fenced yard, I need exercise to release my energy
- Family dedicated to continue to work on my behavior training
- Active family who understands that I need lots of exercise and stimulation
- No cats in the home, I bother them too much
