Hi there, I’m Buffy! 🌟 I’m a sweet, 6-month-old female, tipping the scales at around 23 lbs. The vet thinks I might be an Aussie Doodle, but what everyone knows for sure is that my merle coat is absolutely gorgeous! 🐾

Being a puppy means I have loads of energy to burn! I adore running around the yard, chasing squirrels and bunnies, and playing fetch with my toys. Chewing on a bone is another favorite pastime of mine. I’m quite the curious explorer, so my humans need to keep an eye on me to make sure I don’t get into any mischief. I do understand “NO,” but sometimes I can be a bit stubborn. Good thing I’m super treat-motivated!

I’m a quick learner too—my foster brother uses a bell on the door to signal he needs to go outside, and guess what? I figured that out all by myself! My foster dad gets me up early for a potty break before he heads to work, and then I go back to my kennel until my foster mom wakes up. After another potty break, I enjoy a little breakfast and then it's playtime with my foster brother. Dinner is around 5, followed by more playtime, but by 9 PM, I love curling up in my foster mom’s lap to settle down before bedtime.

Potty training is going well, though I still have the occasional accident and I’m pretty good with pee pads. I do have a bit of a submissive pee issue, but I’m getting better at it. Given my size, my foster mom is teaching me to stop jumping up on people. When my foster parents leave, I do get upset, but I’m learning that they always come back.

I’m looking for a forever home where I can continue to grow and learn, with lots of love and patience. Are you ready to be my new best friend? 🐶💕
