Hiiiiiii! My name is Baxter (i.e. Bax, Buddy, Bax-man). I am a beautiful 1 year old, Male Goldendoodle that weighs 52 LBs!!

I am the sweetest and most loving boy that trusts the "everyday" humans and dog siblings in my life. My foster mom says that I have the most dreamy, "I love you" piercing eyes you will see. I absolutely adore snuggles and loving on those that love me back. I do get a tad bit anxious when meeting new people in large crowds, but just give me a few hours to warm up and I'm all good! I am very playful and have lots of energy to entertain myself and my other foster dog/human siblings alike! I do not have any specific fears other than loud, negative voices. I can handle kiddo chaos but too much yelling can make me anxious.

I usually wake up around 7 am to eat and do my business outside, but honestly, I'm pretty chill and will let my family sleep in if needed as I love my kennel - it's my safe place.

I love spending my day hanging outside (weather permitting) doing zoomies with my foster dog siblings, ruff-housing with my human kids, lounging on the porch, being a sidekick to my WFH parent, and taking walks on a leash (I'm particularly good with that).

I may look like I'm a grown guy being the big 12 months and all but I am ALL PUPPY and ALLLL BOY! I'm a little mischievous as I like to find my human's belongings made from plastic and rubber and make them my chew toy. Don't be fooled, I will find it all, I'm that smart -- I'm really just telling my humans to be better housekeepers! I am also still working on this thing called potty training....geeez, I just need my people to continue teaching me that communication is key!
