Hello my name is Aspen! I am a 1.5-year-old Male Bernedoodle weighing 75lbs.

I am a quiet and adorable shadow that loves people and dogs of all sorts! Most of my time is spent by your side making sure I am available for cuddles and pets when you are, while still allowing you personal space. I play great with dogs of all shapes and sizes and know when another dog doesn’t want to play. I recently met a cat and I’m very intrigued by this small animal. We co-exist in peace and sometimes he lets me sniff him and then I go about my business. Tiny humans haven’t scared me yet - I love when they give me pets, so I show my appreciation by giving them gentle kisses. When it comes to new people in my home, I am quick to warm up to anyone my human likes after a couple of sniffs. Although I am good on my own, I really do enjoy being a part of a pack.

I am let out at least 5 times a day including a 30-minute walk. On my walk I usually run into my neighborhood friends and I spend time playing chase - my favorite is being chased by dog’s half of my size! On the weekends I like to hang out with my human in public and at dog parks. I eat twice a day, but sometimes only once depending on how hungry I am. My food is left out for me to eat as I please.

Sometimes when I am left alone I cry, but we are working on it and I have gotten so much better! If I am left alone too long I do get nervous my human has left me, but we are getting better each day knowing they will come back.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have another dog sibling
- Cannot be left alone for long amounts of time (best with a household that has someone home most of the time)
- Active family
