Hello my name is Fozzie! I am a calm 3 year old Female Sheepadoodle weighing in at 62lbs. I’m a hefty girl who loves her food and head pets.

My foster mom calls me Lady because she says I’m an old soul who loves her naps. I like to follow her everywhere she goes and make sure her hand receives a lot of kisses. She has 2 cats that I was scared of at first but then I stopped paying any mind to them and can sleep right next to them. I have 2 foster brothers that I love cuddling and playing tug with. I like to pounce around like a horse when it’s time to go outside and even learned how to use to doggy door! My favorite part of the day is when we all go outside and enjoy the sunset while my Foster mom gardens. I love plush toys and tearing them to shreds. My foster mom has me beat with these new ones she got as they’re a little harder to tear up. I love people and I behave so well when my foster mom has a lot of people over. The other day she had many humans over to watch a ball get thrown around on the tv and I just laid down and napped. Occasionally they would get loud but I didn’t mind I was just happy to be apart of the party!

I wake up bright and early at 8am and alert my Foster mom when I need to go potty by barking. She then makes my breakfast along with my new friends and we eat at the same time. During the day I stay in the office with mom sleeping by her desk or outside the door. She takes frequent breaks so we can go outside or snuggle. I like to go to bed around 10pm so I get a full nights rest. I start nodding off pretty early and sleep through the night cuddled along side my foster brothers or in my kennel.

My foster mom made a nice cozy room for me that is covered by a blanket so that I feel safe but I’m still working on going into the room so she has to give me a push. I am heartworm positive but I am on the road to recovery! I take my medicine everyday and am staying calm about it. I’ve learned the command sit, out, and back. I’m working on walking on leash and don’t really mind when I see other dogs along the way. Going on walks can be pretty scary for me so I walk with extreme caution. It helps a lot when my foster brothers walk beside me for extra support. Big trucks and lots of cars scare me a lot so city walks are not for me but I would love to work through my fear!

- Work From Home Parent/Flexible Schedule
- Patience for Training
- Must commit to this next round of treatment and having Fozzie in a calm environment.
