Hi there! I am Nala. You have met dogs, you have not met a sweeter, softer, cuddlier me! I sleep with my legs up in the air, which is also my favorite position for pets, which I am ready for anytime. Right after you get home, anytime you look over at me, anytime someone else is getting a pet, or a hug, or a kiss. I am right there ready to be petted.

I get along great with my fur siblings, both dogs and cats. I have taught Kitty the kitten how to play with dogs, and I love playing with him. Kayaa my sister dog, who lives with my foster parents was also found on the street like me, and was a little nervous about having to share her parents with me, but I soon showed her how nice I was and that I didn't divide the love she got, I multiplied it somehow. I cuddle up with her all day while my foster mom works at home or even when we are left alone all day.

I have learned so much since I got here. Now, not to brag, but I always knew to do my business outside, but I have just learned how to use the doggie door so I can now take myself outside anytime I want without having to politely stand by the door for someone to notice me and my needs. I am good in a crate, but I love sleeping on the couch (with my legs straight up, so relaxing!). If I find a laundry basket I love stinky socks. I love chewing on my bone if I am bored, and I can just sleep most of the day, so who needs socks!

I went for my first walk today, hmmm, not what I expected. I can't run and run like I used to be able to, but I got lots of treats when I got home and even towards the end of the walk, I think I got what my foster mom was trying to do with me.

I love my family, but you know it didn't take me long to figure out they were good people and to fall in love with them. I bet I could do it again with my forever family.

- Fenced in Yard - will look for openings and loves to explore.
- Patience for training - leash training & basic commands just started
