How do you spell perfection? My foster mom says O-L-I-V-E-R! I am a 2-year-old, non-shedding Goldendoodle. I weigh 50lbs and am a perfect gentleman.

When I first came to DRR, I was timid and trapped under almost 2lbs of matted hair. I was AMAZING during the hours it took to uncover the sweetness underneath. I can be a bit jumpy and nervous, but I'm slowly learning that people are there to love and protect me and I'm even getting some pep in my step. Literally, I prance when I walk!

I go for a walk first thing in the morning and I do best with a harness where the leash attaches to my chest. After our walk, it's time for breakfast then a potty break in the yard. Sometimes I'll have a little playtime with my fur foster brother before hopping back on Grandpa's bed (my favorite human) for a midday nap! I love all the furry friends in my foster home (cats and dogs) and foster mom says I'm very respectful of everyone regardless of if they have 2 legs or 4. I have only let a bark out 2 times and that was because everyone else was barking so I thought that thats what I was supposed to do?

I'm still working on walking on a leash, but I'm getting the hang of it since I LOVE going on walks! My second favorite thing is food. My foster fam has had to keep an eye on me to make sure I don't counter surf or snatch any human snacks that are sitting within reach. I want to please my humans and really don't like to get in trouble. My foster family ADORES me! They even considered putting their two dogs up for adoption so they could keep me! I've overheard foster mom tell my foster fur siblings "Why can't you be more like Oliver?" But, she has decided I'm just too special not to share with the world.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
- Large yard with a secure fence because I am super fast and I love to do zoomies!
- A fur sibling who plays gently. If they are too rough or loud I get scared and I won't speak up for myself.
- Stay-at-home parent(s)

Mom says: "Oliver is a rare find. He is a beautiful soul inside and out and I have never known a more docile, kind and loyal dog." Aw, thanks, mom! ?
